Happy Birthday Best Friend!

Author: Caerberu  //  Category: Things to be Thankful For

Today is my best friend’s birthday, and I just want to show how thankful I am for her. She has been my bestest best friend for more than 5 years now, and I miss her presence. Despite our distance, we somehow stay connected. When we meet, it’s like everything’s still the same. We grow up a bit too, but we still have each other. Whenever I think of her, I remember good memories. Memories to laugh about, to cry about, to be angry about–not at her, but with her. Haha. I’m looking forward to seeing her again soon!

When I was listening to one of the songs from Proposal Daisakusen, I remembered her. And how true the chorus lines were:

Look, the person who is important to you
Is right beside you
I just want you to receive
This echoing love song
Listen, listen, listen to this echoing love song

I dedicate the chorus to my best friend, a love song for my bestest best friend. Happy birthday Malz! Thanks so much for all the experiences we’ve shared, you mean a lot to me. :)

Thankful for Today’s Experience | The Law of inertia

Author: Caerberu  //  Category: Things to be Thankful For

Today, I was yet able to experience again the magic of how getting out of those, going to the city, and attending to business matters can really get a lot done, as opposed to just sitting inside the house thinking and thinking and planning and waiting for something. Once you get started, it’s simpler to continue, than if you just sit down. I find it hard to do something especially when I’m from the position of not doing anything. It seems that Newton’s law of inertia applies not only to matter, but also to emotions and motivation. A person at rest remains at rest, and a person in motion remains in motion.

With only a single hour, I have already accomplished a lot. That’s how I feel today.
